MAP(Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy)

1. Purpose
The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy aims to protect the brand reputation of ME Bikes, maintain fair competition among dealers, and ensure long-term profitability for all resellers while offering value to consumers.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all authorized dealers, distributors, and resellers (collectively referred to as "Resellers") of ME Bikes in India, whether selling through physical stores, e-commerce platforms, or other channels.
3. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
The MAP for each ME Bike model is set by the company and will be communicated via an official price list.
Resellers may not advertise any ME Bike product below the MAP.
"Advertised price" includes any online price listing, print media, email promotions, paid search advertisements, and other marketing materials.
The policy does not restrict the actual selling price; Resellers are free to sell products at any price they choose.
4. Restrictions & Prohibited Actions
Advertising discounts, rebates, or promotions that result in a price below MAP is not permitted.
Bundling ME Bikes with other products to effectively lower the price below MAP is prohibited.
Use of strikethrough pricing, countdown timers, or any tactics to circumvent MAP is not allowed.
"Call for Price" or similar methods to obscure pricing below MAP are considered a violation.
5. Exceptions
Company-approved promotional campaigns may temporarily allow advertising below MAP.
Clearance sales on discontinued models may be exempt with prior written approval.
6. Monitoring & Enforcement
ME Bike will actively monitor compliance with the MAP policy.
First violation: Written warning and request for immediate correction.
Second violation: Suspension of supply for a specified period.
Third violation: Termination of authorized dealer status.
7. Policy Amendments
ME Bike reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update this MAP policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to all Resellers in advance.

ME Bike – Dealership Terms and Conditions
1. Type of Dealership
ME Bike offers two types of dealership options:
Dealership
Sub-Dealership
2. Minimum Area Requirement
The applicant must have a commercial space of at least 1000 square feet.
The location should be accessible, visible, and in a commercially viable area approved by ME Bike.
3. Investment Requirement
Sub-Dealership: Minimum investment required is ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Rupees).
Dealership: Minimum investment required is ₹25,00,000 (Twenty-Five Lakh Rupees).
Investment includes branding, stock, tools, initial support.
4. Token / Commitment Amount
A 10% token amount of the selected dealership type must be paid before signing the agreement.
For Sub-Dealership: ₹1,00,000
For Dealership: ₹2,50,000
This token amount is part of the total investment.
5. Non-Refundable Policy
The token/commitment amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the applicant withdraws or cancels after token payment, ME Bike will not be liable to refund.
6. Agreement Signing
Upon payment of the token amount, an official agreement will be signed.
The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed timeline mentioned in the dealership agreement.
7. Territorial Rights
The company may provide area-wise exclusivity based on performance and mutual agreement.
No other ME Bike dealership or sub-dealership will be allowed within the designated territory (if granted).
8. Branding and Setup
Dealership must follow ME Bike’s branding guidelines for showroom design, branding materials, and customer experience.
All branding material will be provided or approved by ME Bike corporate office.
9. Sales & Target
Monthly/quarterly sales targets will be defined based on area and dealership type.
Continuous support will be provided for marketing and lead generation.
10. Termination Clause
ME Bike reserves the right to terminate the dealership in case of:
Breach of agreement terms.
Failure to meet minimum performance standards.
Engaging in unethical or competitive activities.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to the dealership agreement will fall under the jurisdiction of the registered office location of ME Bike.
